The very best meter I have found is an electronic, bluetooth meter that will run in a inexpensive tablet. This is the new russian theta meter.
I have also made some calibration videos for mark 5 and 6 meters.
I have found several excellent E meters, of Russian
Manufacture. They are fully digital, and well constructed. They are bio
feedback devices used in auditing and clearing people. Below are several
models of the meters, with some pictures.
The first recommended meter is now the INDIGO. It
was designed and built by Stas and his partner who originally built the
stalker meters. This is the new generation from these designers. It has
a TA Counter, and many improvements over the original Stalker meter. This
is the best meter for the money, and the manufactuers are in good communication.

but a basic model, with only a clock and TA indicator
